HISTORY

**Chief Complaint:**

- Normocephalic, atraumatic. PERRLA. Fundi positive for AV nicking and narrowing. No flame-shaped hemorrhages are seen.

- Soft S1. Normal S2. S3 and S4 present. No murmurs.
