1. **Patient: Indiana Jones**
After lunch, the patient drank 8 oz of coffee, had a single serving of ice cream, a cup of soup, and an 8 oz glass of water. When asked, the patient stated he went to the bathroom and voided 3 times in the hat. One was 250 mL, another 350 mL, and the third 400 mL.

2. **Patient: Sally Needlenose**
You are calculating the I&O for your patient. You note she had 500 mL of IV fluids, dinner included 8 oz coffee, 1 milk, 1 6 oz soda, and a single serving of ice cream. The patient has BRP (bathroom privileges) but states she urinated 3 times during your shift.

3. **Patient: Thomas Rant (Room 3348)**
This patient is on a strict 1500 mL/day fluid restriction. He had visitors today, and after educating the visitors, you complete the intake. The visitors stated he had an 8 oz milkshake and a cup of yogurt. How many mL can this patient have for the remainder of the day? Please document the intake on the I&O form.
